GlenLily is pleased to announce its seventh annual exhibition, GlenLily Grounds 2021, organized by Lacey Fekishazy. The show will run for two days on Saturday, September 25 & Sunday, September 26, 2021 from 12pm to 6pm.  It is a part of Newburgh Open Studios 2021, which is now in its eleventh year.

GlenLily Grounds 2021 is an exhibition of outdoor site-specific art, installation and sculpture. It will be spread out on the estate over 11 acres of field, hill, and wood. In addition to the 26 artists invited to participate, the grounds are also home to two bronze sculptures ‘Fallen Angels’ by Benson Selzer and one sculpture by Toni Putnam. 

A Newburgh native, Lacey Fekishazy lives and works at GlenLily. She runs the art gallery SARDINE in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Fekishazy promotes the use of Glenlily’s natural setting to enable artists in their exploration and experimentation of their practice, as well as contributing to the dialogue between artists reaching up and down the Hudson River Valley.

Participating artists include Joseph Ayers, Jamie Chesser, Dave Choi, Vivien Abrams Collens, Tom Costa, Angela Conant, Yuka Ezoe, Stacy Fisher, Daniel Giordano, Beka Goedde, Kate Harding, Sarah Heinemann, Gabriel Hurier, Matthew Kinney, Elisa Lendvay, Matthew Mahler, JJ Manford, Page Ogden, Naoki Onodera, Ryan Roa, Aaron Mark Rodriguez, Stuart Sachs, Elisa Soliven, Jean-Marc Superville Sovak, Karen Tepaz, and Andy Wilhelm.

GlenLily is in the hamlet of Balmville on the west bank of the Hudson River and located at 532 Grand Avenue, Newburgh, NY 12550. It is just north of the Newburgh Beacon Bridge’s pedestrian entrance.
